ALEYA PT.

Your Solution.

Are you tired of hurting? Are you ready for a different approach?

Maybe you’ve had pain for a while, and it just never went away. Maybe you’ve tried therapy in the past with no luck. Maybe you need guidance but just haven’t had the time to take care of yourself and your body. I can help. I offer over 20 years of physical therapy experience and a holistic approach to your care. I don’t just want your pain to go away…I want your body to be whole, your mind to be clear, and you to feel empowered to live AND lead your life. I want you to be well.

Why choose ALEYA PT & Wellness for your therapy needs?

Undivided Attention.

When you choose ALEYA PT, you’ll receive undivided attention. No more sharing your therapist with other patients, being taken through a program by a tech, or clinic interruptions during your visit. You’ll receive our one-on-one care, with just you and your therapist. This means quality care that fits your needs.

We value your time.

All too often the demands of everyday life, our jobs, our children and our families can take priority over personal needs. Getting the care you need and deserve on your own terms is what we are all about.  With mobile physical therapy, we come to you. You’ll save on time away from work or your family, gas for your car, time in the waiting room, etc., all while receiving personalized, quality PT to help you heal your mind and body.

Care that’s right for you. Not your insurance company.

In health care today, insurance companies all too often drive your care for what’s best for their bottom line. ALEYA PT & Wellness is a cash-based practice, which means that I get to work with you to provide the care that you need, not what your insurance provider will pay for or what the clinic needs to make ends meet. Your care should not be powered by your insurance company, but instead by you and your therapist. At ALEYA, I focus on the most important aspect of your care: YOU.

Injury prevention and wellness services.

If maintaining your body as you age is a priority for you, then you’re in the right place. Just as we all have a physician, a dentist and an eye-care specialist that we see on a routine basis, we should also have someone who helps us maintain our bodies. Strength, balance, posture, flexibility, proprioception, coordination and speed can all be maintained with a personalized exercise and wellness routine provided by your physical therapist. Who better to help you “stay” well with a targeted program than a PT who has been getting people well for over 20 years?

“ I have never worked with a more professional or personable PT. Jill is at the top of her profession and is always striving to learn new techniques to aid in the healing of her clients... I highly recommend her to whoever is in need of Physical Therapy. Her demeanor is soothing but cheerful . You will never regret choosing her to help you. I know I haven’t.”

Mobile PT.

Let me come to you! Within the 78641 and 78613 zip codes, I will meet you at your home or other location of your preference to provide you with direct therapy services.

Telehealth PT.

We can meet virtually! Via a HIPAA-compliant secure link, I can evaluate and treat many conditions and injuries.

(Telehealth therapy is available to anyone who resides in Texas.)

Hybrid.

We can develop a therapy program that works for you! After an in-person evaluation, we’ll determine together what the best fit is for your specific needs (a mix of in-person mobile PT & telehealth).

Question: Do you need to have a prescription for physical therapy from your doctor? Yes, eventually. We will not need a prescription to evaluate your condition; however, we will need to obtain one to carry out your plan of care. This can be obtained from your primary care physician, orthopedic specialist, or a chiropractor. If you’d like to get to work on that prior to your first appointment, that is greatly appreciated! You can access ALEYA’s prescription form here.
